Problems with Hack. HTJ Log Included. Need Help Fast!

Here is the HTJ. The problems I am experience are that many times when I got to type my username and password to log either on Msn or in Paypal. It appers my email as this example (12345@hotmail.co) or like this 1234%. I seriously need help. Here is the HTJ.

dont really see anything that looks like malware in the log. i see you have antivirus. thats vista your running? i dont see a anti-malware app. first thing i would do is get one. superantispyware runs on vista. i would download it, install, update and do a complete computer scan. see what it can dig up.

I know that in that log, there are items that need to be fixed. Seriously.
