program to mass convert avi to wma

Any suggestions on a program to convert 40 to 50 avi files to wma all at once. I dont want nor have the time to convert one at a time. Maybe someting with a que that will simultaneously convert one after another

Usually in video conversion high speed=less quality...
I thougut he meant WMV, and was spelled wrong...if the OP actually meant WMA, then those two programs I mentioned won't work...There are free tools though to convert just the audio.
