    I have a Intel Quad Core Q6600 2.40 ghz 3071 mb ram
Ati Radeon HD 2600 Pro 256mb Graphics card .
    Windows Vista Home Premium .

I want to upgrade my video card . Im looking at

    -ATI Radeon HD 3870 512 mb GDDR4 PCI-express

-XFX GeForce 8800 GT 512MB PCI-Express Video Card - Alpha Dog Edition

-BFG GeForce 8800 GTS 512MB PCI-Express Video Card

-XFX GeForce 8800GTS 512MB PCIE Video Card - Alpha Dog Edition

    -PNY XLR 8800GTS 320MB PCI-Express Graphic Card

I mostly want to play games at 1920 x 1200

Right now im playing Crysis at 1200x800 medium settings with smooth play . If I play at 1920 the game is to slow .

Would like some opinions about what the best card for me would be ?

an 8800gts 512mb will get you the best performance with crysis. with that card you can expect medium/high settings at a decent resolution.
