how exactly do you watch a BD rip

I just set up a computer, I posted earlier about it. I believe part of my problem was from when I tried to watch the rip off my hard drive. I had to figure out how to do it. The only way I could get it to play is to got open media files and find the stream tab and click select all then ok and it would play but I had no menu. After reformatting my drive and getting it to play a BD dvd I tried the rip and it corrupted Powerdvd and I had to reinstall it so until I figure out what I did wrong I’m not ripping anything.

if ur pdvd version is upto date which is 3730update!!!!
yes it doesn't play the rops from our HD
we have to go thru file section
i wonder is it plaay burned or original from the drive
because mine does
