Guys my problem is that i have downloaded the movie and the subs, i have put them together BUT when i play the movie the actors say what they have to say and the subs are being shown after 10 secs!!!
If the video is AVI and the subs are .srt, then both can be opened in 'Subtitle Workshop' and the listed time of the subs compared to the audio. A correction factor can be added and the whole file adjusted. It would be odd to have a ten second spread between listed times and audio - unless the video had been edited and the running time no longer matched the sub timing.
