Streambox VCR 1.0 Beta - can't resume..

Whenever I use Streambox to download a file, when the connection stopped for a little bit(from Attempt 1 - attempt2)once it got connected again, it starts to redownload the file instead of resuming from the previous(already downloaded from attempt1).
Can anyone help me with this problem?
