It is telling me to insert disc and that as soon as the disc is entered it will start burning, and I did put a DVD-R in and it wont do anything. This is my first time trying to burn a DVD and have got nothing but a headache from it! Please help! Thanks in advance!
To find out if the problem is with ConvertX or somewhere else, do this. Download and install 'IMGBurn'. Run IMGBurn and click 'Mode' 'E-z Mode Picker' and choose 'Write Files/Folders to Disk'. Locate the folder where ConvertX stores the output files. If you don't know where that is, start ConvertX, check 'Settings' and choose the 'General' tab. The output will be in a folder with a unique name. In that folder is a 'VIDEO_TS' folder, this is the folder you wish to browse to or drag into the 'IMGBurn' window.
