hi guys, I'm doing a work report on office 2007, but when i sent it to my customer he couldn't open it..not sure what OS or programs he's using, so what should i save it as before sending?????? this is an emergency.
if your customer doesnt have office 2007, they wont be able to open certain file types that 2007 saves under.. when your saving a file, there should be the drop down list under where you would type the name of the file your saving.. in that list there should be a file type made for office versions from '97-2006 i believe.. that file type will open in older versions of office.
