driver needed

I have aquired a "winbond sa5459" but the board of it seid it's a I-view nv100m v1 and I can't find a driver for in I would like

input lp1.4
powered ps2 kb port with passthru
os system it's going to be on xp but also 98 is an option

I told it any device > winbord and the infi I posted a bove

try a default webcam driver.
