just download windows xp media center 2005 sp2, need help

    hello experts, i just downloaded windows media center 2005 sp2 and i dont know how to burn it or use it some please help reply back thanks

    is it an iso? or just all the files?
    if its an iso burn it as an image file using nero
    if its the files make a bootable image using ultraiso or poweriso
    and then burn it
    and boot from disk and install
