Eye T External Hard drive

    hello again i have got an Eye-t external hard drive model: NS320U and when i connect it to my pc it comes up on the desktop with a yellow triange and it wont let me play any music/videos that are on the external

    please help

    Yellow triangle pretty much means driver issues, have you updated all drivers for the controller card?
    Check device manager for any issues there.

    i did not install any drivers its working fine now i formatted it but i thought it was plug and play

    Sometimes there is a newer or better driver than what comes with Windows not always, but sometimes.
    It seems you fixed your own problem so I wouldnt worry about updating drivers.
