unlocking a sidekick 2 1.Go to the emergency phone screen and press all 4 corner buttons at the same time until it takes off the lock screen 2. then delete flash settings by going to settings then click system info and press the "menu" "shift" and "q" to delete the flash settings 3. press turn off button at the same time holding down the reset button with a pin someone try that method and see if it works or not.
