programs for multi-booting GC discs?

I am trying to make a few multi-game discs to run on the wii, and I was told that instead of being limited to 1.3 now you can make it a full 4 gb worth of games... Also I have heard of programs that will rip the real game from the GC iso's to actually make it smaller and such.

My basic questions is what are the best things to use NOW for Taking GC Isos, making them smaller (pulling game out), and then which program to use to add them all up into 1 ISO to play on the wii whether its 4GB or 1.3 GB.

I have searched on this forums but multiboot and such seems pretty common in many different Forums and the closest thing I could find to this one was a 3 year old post with a link to download something that didnt work anymore.
