    hi new to this any body help converted files then when went to burn
    error code 03 0C 00 appears cheers

    Set burning speed at 4x.
    Use reliable media - like 'Verbatim'.

    Check and update the burner firmware.

    If you are not sure about the firmware, download 'IMGBurn'.
    Click 'Mode' > 'Write'
    Click 'Tools' > 'Drive' > 'Check for firmware updates'.

    If that doesn't help, burn the output from ConvertX with ImgBurn instead of ConvertX.
