dvd decrypter wont decrypt this dvd ??

Ok my m8 wants to watch lost, i have all 3 seasons, and he stays abroad, so im not sending mine as its the 3 in one box set, so i was using dvd decrypter to rip them and burn them, now with all of em done bar 1. Disk 2 in my lost season 3 will not rip. It gets to 3% and then comes up with errors and u can click abort, ignore and retry but rety does the dame thing and when u click ignore it gets to 4 % and then does nuthin, left it for 45mins, hadnt moved, any suggestions, maybe a fix or different software to rip it with.
