DESKTOP WONT LOAD ON START UP JUST WALLPAPER

    ok so heres the problem my desktop wont load on startup and it says my virutal memory is low but i know its not i have had a bunch of viruses on this cpu lately but now i cant access nething i can only do it insafe mode which i am typing in right now......cant install norton or nething cause u need to be in normal mode but i do got a hijack this logfile here it is. can u guys plz tell me whats wrong if u know thx.

    This is probably not your best solution but when the wallpaper is done loading, hit the following combination of keys simultaneously:

    Ctrl + Shift + Esc

    The "Windows Task Manager" comes up.
    Go to File --> New Task (Run...)
    Type "explorer.exe" (without the quotes)
    Your Desktop should load.

    I'd save everything you need and start from scratch by reloading the OS.

    I was gunna say that. But his running Explorer already. Have yout booted in safe mode and increased the virtual memory?

    Does reloading explorer fix the problem?

    After starting, start Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc). Go into the processes tab, and find explorer.exe. Click this once, then click End Process at the bottom, then Yes.

    Then restart explorer by going File > New Task, and type "explorer".

    Does this load your desktop?

    my desktop laods now but very slowly i deleted the spool.exe files and it fixed that but man this cpu is slow as hell!! task manager doesnt work, start RUN wont work those things i needa try and fix is there ne virus that can F*** those up pardon my language? i hate this stupid cpu.i tried task manager progs that say they fix task manager and they didnt fix it....plz help guys
