Nuendo 3 playback sound problem!!

Hi, Ive recently got nuendo 3 on my pc. Ive connected a sub mixer and attempted to record a track. The levels are reading but i cannot get any playback sound whatsoever. Even when im trying to import an audio track i cant get any preview sound either?? I know its probably something simple, can anyone help me out please???

What's your USB Key Number?
Also, Nuendo revision number, Audio Card, system details etc.
This stuff is all covered in the "Getting Started" manual.
