opticom bluetooth headset

I bought a headset from argos -

It was cheap so im not expecting alot but i do expect it to work which it does. The problem is that my phone (nokia 6300) doesn't aknowledge it when i go to pair the 2 together!!!!!!!

Any help appretiated.

 

what happens , it does not find it or it does not pair ? have you talked to the company

 

it doesn't do anything it switches on ok (bluetooth device), but the phone just doesn't aknowledge that anything is there??????

any help apprectiated mate!
