Hello I was able to copy the DVD with XcopyXpress on to my hard drive. However, I was unable to transfer it to a blank DVDR+ disk in a HP DVD300e burner. The start button refused to turn green. please help. Bastia
I went to 321 and saw this: Answer: DVD X Copy XPRESS does not have any unsupported drives. We are aware that there are sometimes issues with BusLink and Backpack drives and are actively working to provide a solution. If you are having trouble getting your Drive to work with the program please contact Tech Support at 636-720-3703 or at support@321Studios.com I would give them a call and see what they say.
