Video Editing Software for MPEG-4 H.264 Files

Hi, I've been searching for a good video editing software package that will allow me to import and edit MPEG-4 H.264 video files. I have a digital video camera that provides captured video in .MOV files in a MPEG-4 H.264 format. I've test driven a few video editing software packages (Ulead, Sony Vegas, ArcSoft, AVS, WinDVD) and have found them to either crash when editing the file, import the file without audio, or to have too simple editing features for my needs. The video files play fine in Quicktime. Does anyone have any recommendations to look at? Thanks!

try the demo from womble mpeg video wizard, I use it to edit mpeg4 from my digital camcorder. Maybe it will work on your files.
