Well of cource it is not Possible with Premier is not a DVD authoring Program ,It is Just a Video editor...
You will need a Mpeg2 encoder Like Tmpgenc and you will need a DVD authoring Program Like "tmpgenc DVD author" or "DVD-Lab" or one of a Hundered others....Cheers

Adobe Premiere will only let you go as far as encoding your project to Mpeg2 if you have their encoder enable on your version of Premier.

After you encode all of your movies to Mpeg2, you will have to Author them with SonicDvd or another of the Hundreds of DVD-Authoring software out there.

Aurhoring means creating the root menus, chapters, slideshows, etc. Basically you'll be converting your Mpeg2 files into Vob files so that a DVD appliance can read (play) them on your TV.

So don't give up, you're half way their. And at least with premiere you won't have to used TEMPenc or another of the free encoders out there.

Hope I was able to help.
