No Country For Old Men probs

I have been copying dvd's a while now and my knowledge-base is maybe
middle of the road. This is my problem with No Country For Old Men
dvd:

1. I use dvd shrink and burn using Nero and I can copy almost all
dvd's previously.

2. I started getting CTC errors so one suggestion was to try DVDFAB
decrypter which did rip to my hard drive fine.

3. I then tried to burn to a DVD and said "not enough space on my dvd"
which in the menu shows to be DVD-9 which is supposed to hold 8GB

4. I then tried to re-author using main movie only but it still shows
the main movie size as 5003 mb and the settings showed 4360 as
the size.

5. so using re-author of main movie only still says not enough
dvd space.Is strange but American ganster was a bigger and longer
movie and it worked fine.

My question is, if the main movie size shows as 5003 mg, what else
can I do to reduce this or get this to work?

Thx I have read other posts like that and maybe I can ask the
question in an easier way.

How can I reduce the Main Movie size which is 5003 mb down
to a size that will fit on my Memorex DVD-R dvd? I dont
believe this movie is shorter then Amer gangster and that worked
fine. The only file I am decrypting is the Main Movie file
and nothing else.

 

DVD Shrink should do that easily for you.But you did that and what happened to shrink?
