i have been downloading this anime seires for a while now, but i downloaded the last 8 episodes and they are wmv rather then avi. when i try to play them on Windows Media PLayer they run fine but when i run them on any other video player eg VLC, my modded xbox ect they are misssing bits of sound and are extremeily bad frame rate. I have tryed renaming them to avi and mpg but nothing changes. Help would be appreciated.
Use the program Gspot to analyse the wmv files. It will tell you about the codecs used by the video and audio components and may suggest a solution to the problem.
