Need help with anti-virus/adaware/spyware for new pc!!

So i'm most likely am going to be getting a new pc really soon, and i'm looking for an anit-virus/adaware/spyware program that works efficiently
for example i went to this site and out of no where i got an adaware i cant remove!!!! no matter what i try :/ so i want one that works great and a program similar to adawatch but that doesn't hog the resources

Open HJK. Click, do a system scan and post a logfile. Copy and paste the log here for review.

 

Just as an added tip: Don't use Ccleaner to clean your registry unless you know what you are doing. Tampering with the registry is a dangerous act, not doing it correctly can cause your system to malfunction. If any registry edits are needed, please remember to back it up first.

 

1. only use firefox 2.0 as your browser. (that will prevent 75 percent of your spyware problems)
2. any free antivirus will do the trick (I use avg)
3. Don't rely on windows firewall, get a free one that blocks in/out traffic (I use zonealarm).
4. When you will be going to websites that your unsure of, engage the free "returnil". That's the only program that I use as a last line of defense in case something slips through and cause me damage. It will allow you to surf the internet in a virtual mode (anything that occurs while your in the virtual mode "virus spyware attack etc" will dissappear after you reboot).

I use to have webroot spyware sweeper installed, but using the above 4 programs all the scans the sweeper did came out negative. I removed spyware sweeper because it was slowing down my computer and haven't missed it ever since. As long as you don't use internet explorer as your browser, my advice is don't get any always-on realtime scanning antispyware programs.
