Hi everyone, I have Windows XP Pro installed on a partition of my Macintosh HD.

Im looking at installing Vista Transformation Pack, but I am slightly cautious because of the warnings and disclaimers.

If there were to be any problems, would the problem be isolated to the Windows Partition or could it affect the Macintosh HD in anyway at all?

    Thanks in advance.

if you've told vista to install on one partition it should leave the other mac partition alone.

dont its terrible and even after the uninstall part of the program stay, it destroys your computer period...... it takes weeks to get ride of....it takes out so MUCH out of your processor and RAM its not even funny....

what happens on one Partition stays there, the vista pack wont upset your mac, but just like a good virus can leap from one drive to another, it can do the same for partitions....

tripplite, I installed the pack just after I made this thread, and once I tried to uninstall it, it did leave a lot of graphics behind. I ended up giving up on trying to remove them, and just reinstalled windows. Thanks for your replies though.

I'll keep that in mind for the windows partition.

    Thanks.
