OK WOW. I NEED BIOS HELP FAST

first off. i couldnt find the software spot specific to pc's only. please move this if you have to.

i have been researching all weekend and thought i found the right bios update for my mobo. i have the version 3.02 already. i put the 1013.004 on a floppy disk and loaded it as new bios. i did save a backup on the floppy disk in case something went wrong. however i restarted my computer as normal and now it just clicks as if its hanging up. it wont do anything or start or even read the disk drive. any solutions. i would really appreciate it. i think i broke my computer for good now and i really need it

 

so maybe someone can tell me how to reset my bios on my mobo. i took the battery out for a minute like three times now. each time when i put it back in. the computer loads to the screen where it says press key to enter setup. but it wont let me press the key. so i power it down and then on the next start. im back to where i was. the computer wont startup the bios. just gives me like a quarter bios beep over and over.
