changes in Sp1

    i just wanted to start a thread on changes for Sp1 for vista, i download it about 2 hours ago and i already notice one big change, before i installed sp1, it only showed me 3.25 gigs of ram out of my four, after i installed sp1 it now shows 4 gigs of ram and my system is alot faster now, i believe it has finally utilized the full four gigs, if anyone esle notices changes let me know. i will post more as i find them.

    Is it available from Microsoft, or just leaked onto other sites?

    it offically came out this morning, just go to the windows update and you can download

    i felt the speed increase with sp1 rc. after removing it to prep for the full sp1 install, there was a big hit in overall speed, and startup time.

    disk defrag finally lets you choose which drive you want to defrag, but i use auslogics disk defrag.

    also, directx 10.1 is finally here. now my HD3870 can be fully utilized.
