hi i have just bought a mp4 player from china of internet and i went to put music on it and it wont let me i had sum on it and it dissapeared and now it ses no files on disc wat do i do richard
Is it a brand name or a Chipod? Chipods are garbage made in China from junk parts, sold in such a way that they can't be returned. You can search for 'chipod' in this forum. They are useful things you can do and there is a web site listed for Chipods with a forum. They show you how to take them apart and short out the memory board to reset them. You might be able to bring it back to life but it will probably die on you again.
