I recently installed Nero 6.0. My problem is when I want to burn a CD, the burn button is always disabled. I have reinstalled this software few times hoping to resolve the problem. No luck so far.

    any help will be appreciated

    1. What format of cd are you burning
    2. What burner have you selected in Nero
    3. Stupid question: you are actually burning files right? Nero wont let you burn a blank cd

    LOL 0-min response :p

The format of the CD is CD-R. I am actually using Nero Express.
I selected the Data Disc option. I successfully added all the files that I want to burn to a CD. The problem is to select the Burn button which in my case is disabled. Yes, I am burning files.

    1. Try the full Nero BurnignROM, see if you still have the same error (the icon for the burn button is the same, ninth from the left if i recall correctly)

    2. When I say what burner are you using, I mean, is nero trying to burn to a PHYSICAL burner or the Image Burner (when you start up Nero BurningROM, goto Recorder--> Select Recorder and make sure it doesnt say Image Recorder).
