I'm having a problem converting a video using videora. Its an AVI file, it seems to convert fine but when it tries to upload it into ITunes it says it can't. It brings up an error message. I've tried manually adding it into itunes and that doesn't work either. I did upload another video, taken with the same software from the same camera and that worked just fine. Any ideas?

If the file plays fine on Itunes this means it was converted with the incorrect settings and your ipod can't handle the resolution, try changing the settings on videora, below is a link to videora troubleshoot section i hope you can find your ansers there, i like videora it works great.

    Hi,
    I experienced the same problem.
Solution is simple: just bring up your iTune first.
Then convert your video. After conversion is done, you can add it to iTune without problem.

    Hope this help.
