I just purchased the WINTV-HVR-1800 Pcie for Vista White Box Pcie Atsc HD & Ntsc Tv and cannot insert the card into the empty PCI slot. There is a green tab next to the tabs with sensors that hits right on the edge of the PCI slot when I try to insert it. Moving the card back will not allow the card to rest against/connect to the back metal portion of the computer. I own a brand new DELL inspiron 531 with Windows Vista Home Premium. At first I purchased the WinTV 1600, but the device conflicted with Vista so I exchanged it for this one. So I know that the product should fit. I've posted a picture to assist. Called the tech support and found out the card must be inserted into the PCI Express slot . . . now that the card is up and working . . . I don't have any sound. I am trying to copy VHS to DVD using Nero 7 Ultra. I have a great picture but no sound. Any suggestions?
