hi all. my starview box was working fine yesterday but some of the channels are gone today anybody know what i should do

go to MENU
press 1570 on the remote
look down to "key EMU" and turn it on.
Exit back out & do an autoscan.

press Menu, installation, OK on the remote, & go to automatic scan.
when its finished scanning exit back to channels.

delete non working channels first,and then menu,instalation select ur provider and autoscan,channels will be added to ur list.

tried to autoscan but it didnt work how do i delete do i have to do it 1 by 1 cos about 80 percent of the channels are gone

To delete your channells press menu > channel edit > blue button to delete. .
To delete all channels at once menu > channel edit > blue button to delete > red button to select all channels > ok to confirm

you`ll probably need to do a factory reset.
MENU > factory setting
pin > 0000
OK to delete
(Turn the b0x off at the back for one minute then turn back on)
English > installation
choose provider n*l etc
Auto scan
Press OK
Channels found
Exit
Press Menu then 1570
Turn EMU on
exit exit exit.

i done a factory reset but it didnt pick up any channels and now it wont let me exit it is only letting me pick the language or scan is it buggered

yeah i done that but its not picking up any programs and after the scan i pressed exit but it wont let me it only goes back as far as language

if ur box does not pick up channels it wont let u exit until u find channels,did u select ur provider and autoscan did it find channels?

coaxial cable into cable input ,ok make sure u have cable straight fromwall to box no splitters or extensions,switch on box factory reset if possible 0000 to delete,after that power off box for a min/on,autoscan ur provider,channels found,emu to on exit 3 times

cactikid you are a star that worked perfectly only thing i done different was turn it of after factory reset so thanks you have made me a happy paddy :-)
