'Da trift store ,just happened to have a JVC TD-W97 Stereo double cassette deck! I got an AIWA "boom box" anywho! The ONLY boombox ,I know back when Dow out here in SoCal,was still in Business!IT has phono jacks,so I hooked up my turntable "back in the day",and made cassettes of non avaiable Cd.At the time I ordered from England ,the US bands LP.$4,for the LP,and $12.98 S&H! I Ain't A "pirate"! "A Buccaneer"!Just want to make a cassette to CD.My nephew, also a musician, sent me an attachment, and I'd like to "burn to CD",on it too. He said though He'd also send the CD to our family members, but it was faster ,via email.I couldn't open it anyway.Trial of Acoustica, tried Audacity, etc. Anybody know of an "opensource",FREE software for this?Oh yeah ,MY JVC was only $4.99!
