ok i just bought a 42 incher (1080p lcd). so i wanted to try out 1080p.. but don't have any hd dvd or bluray player so i downloaded some video which say bluray 1080p. i downloaded imax blue planet and these are the exact files it contains: IMAX.Blue.Planet.Blu-ray.REMUX.1080P.VC-1.TrueHD.DD51.F_Silu.DISK1.ts IMAX.Blue.Planet.Blu-ray.REMUX.1080P.VC-1.TrueHD.DD51.F_Silu.DISK2.ts IMAX.Blue.Planet.Blu-ray.REMUX.1080P.VC-1.TrueHD.DD51.F_Silu.par2 IMAX.Blue.Planet.Blu-ray.REMUX.1080P.VC-1.TrueHD.DD51.F_Silu.vol00+01.PAR2 IMAX.Blue.Planet.Blu-ray.REMUX.1080P.VC-1.TrueHD.DD51.F_Silu.vol01+02.PAR2 IMAX.Blue.Planet.Blu-ray.REMUX.1080P.VC-1.TrueHD.DD51.F_Silu.vol03+04.PAR2 IMAX.Blue.Planet.Blu-ray.REMUX.1080P.VC-1.TrueHD.DD51.F_Silu.vol07+08.PAR2 IMAX.Blue.Planet.Blu-ray.REMUX.1080P.VC-1.TrueHD.DD51.F_Silu.vol15+13.PAR2 so what are those par2 files? and how do i play this video? i tried to play those ts2 files.. i can hear the sound, but no video.... how can i play them?
if u pc hookup u can view as a monitor and then its possible before that i think u might need to unzip if u did that thenu need bluray supported software player then click play and view
ok so i need that 'bluray supported player' you are talking about. but i don't know any. which one should i use?
like the other poster said make sure that you un zip or unrar the files and use vlc player to play them
