i downloaded the file but it seems to be just a package of JPEG Images..i dont know if i did something wrong or is that just what it is.how do i update my driver?

yes i did this and it gave me a winrar file..when i unpacked it it was just image files.should i not unpack it and try to us it as a winrar file?im not sure how to do this.is there some sort of walk through for doing this?i downloaded the pdf file also but it was not very helpful...sorry to be a pain in the butt,but i really do appreciate the help..

thanks mr.rotery the sony drive check showed that the drivers are working fine..should i try to re-install nero and see if thats the problem? what can i use to clean all of the nero stuff off of my cpu,and is it better to install all of the nero stuff at once or should i do a custom install like i did before?it does take up a rather large amount of room though..but if you think its what i should do?
