you`ll need to be more specific with your problem, but since i too had problem with copilot on a n73 i shall share what info i have.
What firmware is your n73 running?
You can find this out by entering *#0000# on your handset
If you are running v3.0704.1.0.1 then the bad news is your fooked.
There is a software confliction between copilot and the phone software.

Here`s the guide to sorting it if you have the older version firmware

Thank you for contacting CoPilot Technical Support.

    1. Uninstall CoPilot completely on your desktop PC

    - Click START
    - Click SETTINGS
    - Click CONTROL PANEL
    - Click ADD or REMOVE PROGRAMS
    - SELECT COPILOT
    - SELECT REMOVE on COPILOT INSTALLATION WINDOW and TAP NEXT

    - DOUBLE CLICK MY COMPUTER
    - SELECT LOCAL DISK C: (Drive C)
    - DOUBLE CLICK PROGRAM FILES
    - LOCATE COPILOT folder and DELETE

    - DOUBLE CLICK MY COMPUTER
    - SELECT LOCAL DISK C: (Drive C)
    - DOUBLE CLICK the WINDOWS folder
    - List ALL FILES and folders
    - For SYMBIAN - LOCATE "CPSYMBIAN" AND DELETE

    2. R e-install CoPilot on your PC using the Symbian CD's, and please make sure you select United Kingdom as the choice of language for the CoPilot desktop installation.

    3. Do a Data Download wizard to download the maps onto your desktop (C drive), prior to transferring these onto your Storage card using Nokia PC Suite or a Storage card reader, following the instructions below:

Title: Symbian S60 3rd Edition Data Download Wizard
    URL: http://support.alk.eu.com/cgi-bin/alk.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=569&p_created=1168080218

Please download the SIS file from the link below, and copy this onto your MEMORY CARD.

    Title: Symbian S60 3rd Edition Update - Now supporting e50 and N95!
    URL: http://support.alk.eu.com/cgi-bin/alk.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=570&p_created=1168080657

    4. Uninstall CoPilot on your device by going to MENU | TOOLS | MANAGER | APPLICATION MANAGER, Select CoPilot Live in the list and SELECT OPTIONS | REMOVE

Delete the PK.TXT file located on your Storage Card accessible via StorageCard\CoPilot\Save
Delete the license file called "CPSYMBIAN". Please synch up your device to your PC and delete the license file located in Nokia PC Suite.

    5. Re-install CoPilot on your device by browsing to your STORAGE CARD, and selecting/opening the SIS file on your Storage card to begin installing the application. Reactivate the product, select UK as the choice of region to activate CoPilot, and then try and enter an Address, and you shouldn't see "Enter State or Zip" anymore, if you have followed the process correctly

If you have any further questions, or feel that this incident has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to bring this to our attention.

just to give you and eveyone else a flavor of the agro ive had with copilot heres a recent email i send them...

Hi. I still have not received a update to my ongoing problem with my N73 firm...
    Discussion Thread
    Customer (xxxxxxx) 13/04/2008
As soon as nobody has bother to email me back about my problems with copilot i will take the time to let you know how i`m doing and just what i think of copilot as a product.
Having had no joy what so ever getting it to run on my nokia N73 i decided its time to upgrade my phone anyway.
I purchased a nice new nokia n95 8g. Although it has a satnav built in (a much more superior sat nav it has to be said) i found you have to pay a subscription fee to use it. "No problem" i thought "i`l just use my copilot from my N73" you know, the one that doesn`t work because of an alleged firmware conflicting with my version of the N73 and copilot... The one that according to your fine company`s adverts is compatible with the N73 now fully compatible with the n95 8g...
There is however a small problem or to be more accurate a number of problems or again to be even MORE accurate the exact SAME problems!
When i try to enter an address, the application crashes in the same manor as before, there is no speech (maybe it was designed for a def person) and unless i move to the states,it has no maps (yes i have done the data down load).
so in conclusion of ALK technologies and its products i have found the following.

    1/The N95 is a great phone.

2/The nokia satnav is also a great product.

3/Its worth paying the subscription fee rather than attemp to install a substandard application onto a great phone.
Although the staff working for ALK are as polite and as helpful as they can be they are ultimately dogged be a floored unstable outdated product fit only for some tweakers midnight endeavors to turn it into a virus, designed to fool the public into thinking that its a worth while product.
Once more these hood winked members of the public are coned into parting with £130 or so for the pleasure of the polite staff members working for ALK inept attempts to help.

In final conclusion, i will never ever (attempt) use copilot again and i will tell as many people as i can NOT to use it.
I will stop having to but pain killers for my head.

    Regards and farewell
    xxxxxxxxxxx
