Is the EZ V flash 3 in 1 able to run 32 megabyte gba games?

I have an R4 and will be using Rudolph's gbaexploader and was wondering if the 3 in 1 can run gba roms 32 megabytes in size thanks in advance.

i am asking because i heard that it dedicates 16 megabytes to PSRAM and 16 to NOR though i think this is incorrect

PSRAM = 16MB
NOR = 32MB
Careful when using both though as saves use to disappear (don't know if it's been fixed since) Either always use PSRAM and don't use 32MB games or always use NOR to play all games but suffer the long loading times.

ill probably always use NOR i can wait a few minutes for it to be flashed to the cart thanks for the info
