Im being accused for a crime I didn't do. They want to take me to court, what do I do? They say it happened at 9:30, but no one in there right mind would do anything bad at 9:30. I'm seriously bugging out. Any ideas? Can I get in trouble?

LMAO, well, what are they accusing you of?
9:30 am or 9:30 pm?
I'm sure some strung out, meth-heads, would do something bad at 9:30 am. And 9:30 pm isn't too far outa the picture either.

Some kids spray painted "ANARCHY **** THE COPS". 9:30 PM. This is ridiculous. The cop was horrible too, real jackass.

Sounds like the typical cop. Sorry if any of you guys are cops out there. I've just never had a good experience with them, no matter how nice you are to them.
Hmm, well they would have to prove that you did it. If they don't have any REAL proof, other then hear say, screw em!
Oh yea, diggen the sig - LMAO!

Yeah. I was saying sir, and officer. He was still like "STOP LIEING TO ME RIGHT NOW!". Yeah, my dad wasn't too happy about it either, and heres the kicker... The only people that say they saw kids at 9:30 were the people we had problems with, no one that were friends saw anyone out at 9:30. I hear ya, I have never had any good experiences with the popo either.
Yeah, that sig was pretty sick haha.
EDIT: ZOMG! That cop is such a liar!! I caught him a lie, he was like "The Gr*** saw you do it!" and I was like "How funny, there out of town. "
Oh wow.

Well I'd say if they don't have any proof that you did this, then you're cool.

Yeah, my whole family and my sisters friend. It doesn't matter anyone, the force doesn't have the balls to take me to court. They dropped everything, since the "witnesses" didn't actually see it happen, they can't do anything. If they did see it happen, we'd still argue that I was at home watching Television with the family.

Hell, I have a friend that can beat that... It actually just happened today.
So the High School band that I am in went up to a state competition today, and we all had to meet at school at 6:45. So a friend of mine was on his way to school and he was running late so he was speeding. He got stopped by a state patrol. (State patrol are the worst cops in my area, the are control freaks) So the popo pulled him over and asked for his License registration and proof of Insurance.
So one thing you need to know about the uniforms we have to wear when we go to these dumb competitions is that there are no pockets in them. So anyways, he went to grab for his wallet and did one of those things where you check in all the normal places where a pocket is to look for something, and thats when he realized he left his wallet at home on the kitchen table.
So I told the officer that, and told him what happened, and the cop didn't want to hear the explanation. He the asked my friend for his name and then he went back to his squad car. We are assuming that he enter the name in the computer to try to pull up the records. What seemed to him like 10 minutes went by and the cop comes back and tells him to get out of the car and to open the door from the outside of the car as he has his hand grasped around his holstered gun.
My friend did as he was told and the minute he steeped out of the car he was spun backwards and thrown against the car and put in hand cuffs. The officer then walked him over to the squad car and lied him down on the hood and searched him. My friend then started asking questions, and the answer was shut up. The cop then took him and put him in the car and told him he was going to search the car. My friend said that was fine he didnt have anything to do. The cop then came back and told him that there was an outstanding warrant for drug trafficking out for his arrest, and that he was an unlicensed and uninsured driver.
My friend then started asking questions, and tried to tell the officer who he was again, and the officer didnt want to have anything to do with him. He was then taken down to central booking where they were alittle more willing to try to get it sorted out. The guard entered his name into the computer and didnt find anything. Lets just say his last name is Angel. So he finally got his phone call and his parents came with his ID, the looked up this License number and saw that he had a clean record. What they found out is that they entered <First Name> Angle not <First Name> Angel
So because the cop was a dip shit he had the embarrassment of having people he know see him being arrested and he had his car impounded and missed a paid gig that we had. So what a hell of a day for him. So moral of the story make sure the cop spells you name right when he enters it into the computer...

I can totaly understand. I was arrested at age 13 for breaking into my own house. I tried to explain that I lived there and that if they would go into the house they would see pictures of me everywhere.. Thats not what they wanted to hear, they wanted to know where my parents were and I couldnt give them that answer because I didnt know.

Lame. How can we look up to the people that don't give us a chance to prove that we didn't give us a chance? I never looked up to cops, but just saying that they claim to be such good people, but really, there not.

Yeah, this ex-cop came to our school, and he was talking about cops will manipulate us into getting us to say stuff that could get us in trouble. And how they don't respect us. It was a real eye opener.

That's some bulls**t about the cop taking you in. All because he can not spell correctly. It's not to late for him to file a report agaist the officer for his conduct and not reverfying all the information. Maybe you can get his ass suspended for a little while without pay.

Well, he was driving without ID. That's enough to justify him being tossed in the cruiser and his car searched. And without ID, his name's spelling doesn't matter, anyway. Until it's confirmed who he is, he could be a deadly killer. Safe and logical protocol is to bring him in for identification. He wasn't charged with anything, was he? I doubt it was much.
And a ticket and court fees for driving without ID can easily exceed $384, at least in my area. He got off light, from my experience.

If you want to complain, call the Internal Affairs division ( the cops that regulate cops- cops do not want anything to do with them, as IA can make life a living hell for a poor to bad cop on the street). And now see what happens.
BTW whatever happened to probable cause (for a resonable person) and habeas corpus?
If it wasnt for bad luck, Id have no luck!

And they wonder why people turn into cop killers? Carry a big f****** gun and next time they pull you over use it. That's what the first amendment is about ain't it? The right to defend yourself from an oppressive state/regime?

The 2nd Amendment gives you the teeth to fight legitimate opression when all other peaceful means are exhausted and you need to defend yourself, not to be the agressor.
