I've been using this program for a while without any problems. Now all of a sudden when i put in a movie and start the process it freezes after it says that it Found no unreferenced titleset. This DVD does not seem to be protected. I can't do anything else after that. So what's the problem? Someone please help.

try handbrake another free ripping app:)
http://handbrake.fr/?article=download

ripit4me is a bit out of date, so more recent dvds will not be ripped due to protection,

did you burn this dvd yourself? is it a data dvd? or is it a recent store bought dvd?

If RipIt4Me is correct, and there is no protection, open it straight up with DVD Shrink which you installed to use with RI4M, this should solve your problem.

Otherwise

Look at ripping with DVDFab HD Decrypter, then shrinking it with DVD Shrink.

If this doesn't work it may be a hardware issue - but it seems software related to me.
