Need help im back in to modding

Hi back into modding i forgot all about how to softmod and everything is there an ezier way now?

I stopped because my xbox was bricked and bought a new one now i have to ask is there a way to softmod my xbox w/o having action replay if so how do i do it thx.

 

Nothing has changed, and why should it? There is no development work ongoing for this obsolete system.

 

Everything is the same as it was. There moving up to the 360 now. Soon the Xbox will be a thing in the past.

As before yes there is by hotswapping.. but you still need a set of dash files from a softmod box unless you try the real cheapskate method..,
Get the exploit saves for whatever softmod exploit you have the game for.. and put them into the right location (what people use the AR for) You need a way to get those files onto your E:/udata directory in the first place so you hotswap and put them there....no need to piss about locking and unlocking the drive..
It's simple, so read the guides on hotswapping and repairing error16 and work it out

Not likely.. they are 600MB and people don't upload them because they are made against the already installed dash version and the kernel version.. just get the save or saves on the hdd and softmod following the guides from the point of booting the game and loading the save..
