Extracting DAGGER Releases Xbox 360 ISO archive ?

Hi, I know how to extract archives normally, but all Dagger Release (Call of Juarez, Soldier of Forture, etc) Extract giving me only one file without any extension. Even If I add a .iso, OSX360 doesnt recognize it as a Valid ISO and when I burn it, it just dont work.

Does anyone know how to extract their particular archive on my Mac ? I didnt tried on a PC (I will have to install a VM to do that, I want to avoid that...).
