ok so i will soon buy a new hdtv and i was looking for two models


-Toshiba 37hl57
-Lg 37lc7d

So is anybody got one of the two models? If yes what are the pros and the cons? Also, there will be a ps3 plugged in the tv. So are they good television?

go with toshiba... lg makes poor quality tvs..it will break down faster than the toshiba...

LG makes poor quality everything... from clock radios to 50" plasmas.

The tv's look ok, but I know of 2 with permanent burn in where tv channel tags have been displayed for long periods.

Have you ever owned one of their tv's? I have one and I am more then happy with it. LG is definitely not the worst when it comes to LCD's. Some people should do a little research before they buy something.

We aren't talking about clock radios or plasma sets here, we are talking about a 37" LCD.

If anyone is watching that much tv, then it's their own lazy ass fault. Who sits at their tv and watches the same channel for over 8 hours?
