Im new and my starviews gone, HELP PLEASE!

Hiya everyone, just been looking around on the internet for starview updates and just came acroos the site/forum where most of you seem to know what your talking about.

Please help me i was about to watch wwe Wrestlemania but the channel just turned off.
Now beofre my cousin use to update for me and he did something to it so it would start updating itself but that was about 6 months ago and now channels are slowly dissapering (and he works abrod so can't really help).

Please someone help me i am a complete novice (and an idiot) so please try and explain to me what i should do to get to watch the next reply of the wwe event.

press MENU, then 1570
look down to "key EMU" & turn it on.
Then do an autoscan.
