Apparently, all the "new" nthell boxes that are being given out for free to all existing customers are a replacement for the old ones and once these "new" boxes are in place, the Starview/Eurovox etc have had it!!!!
They really are running out of fallible stories to spin in order to scare people from using sv's and the likes!!!
The "rumour mill" is in full swing again lads!!!

no, but a couple of people that i have been talking to who got these free upgrades and new boxes were told that by the nthell guys setting them up in their houses!!
As far as im concerned, if it can be broken, it can be fixed!!! just a matter of time and knowing these guys on this site it will be sooner rather than later!!!

All the new DVR boxes have an N2 card so may be some truth in it. They are using N1/N2 multicrypt at the moment to accomadate both old and new boxes. But havent switched to N2.........yet.

which boxes have the n2 card in them?
as far as im aware, it is possible to upload n2 software onto existing sv boxes but it is a bit tricky, would i be right in saying that?

@bobeey the new U*C DVRs have N2 cards. And lets just say N2 is hacked to some extent but not this particular Rom version, but its been worked on ;)
