What do you mean by "out" ?

Do you can see audio delay?

If so you should re-encode video.
for example, your can try ffdshow with parameters async. Probably it will help :-)

also, try Watermark Master, with the help of this program you can set audio delay and re-encodeing video.

also i used VirtualDub, but unfortunately it is not able work with WMV files
