folks i bought the eurovox box there and am trying to get it started up with NTL.

I have been trying for months in vain, my mate said you need to download to programs from the web... i found them on here but now that i want to do it the serach on thie keeps crashing on me

coule anyone tell me where to get the 2 files needed to download onto my box.... also do you need a PC to down load them or will a laptop do... is it simple enough to do...


ie stick the lead in and click on the prgrams and then the box ill work?
