Does anyone remember a turn-based fantasy game that during every new turn a black dragon would pop up on screen holding a ripped scroll telling you what turn it is. It came out around the mid-90s and you would take over other towns in the game and I think it also had some roll-playing too. I can't remember much else, but I really want to play it again.
