Nirvana Unplugged DVD...get just audio?

    I can no longer locate my Nirvana Unplugged in NY cd, but i still have the dvd. Is there any way to remove the audio from the dvd and place it on a cd to work in any player?
    BTW-searched some guides, but not locating some files that are mentioned. Also, there are no files under Audio_TS folder.
