eurovox just says updating please wait

    can anyone help my eurovox max v 2008 yesterday came up with message updating please wait .Does anyone know if something is going on i can get normal channels but sky channels wont work

    yes you need new keys entered
    press menu-yellow

    3 lines will appear
    provider
    ntl-5401
    tw-5a01
    ex cw-5c01
    enter the keys were it says
    key 00 ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **
    key 01 ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **
