just got new dvd writer checked websites and some had a04 others had 104s[got the 104]is there a difference as specs seemed the same if so have i bought the wrong one.Also when i go into my hardware manager it says i have 1 cd drive,1dvd-r drive and one dvd drive[all with different letters] yet i only have the 104 connected and if i disable any of them [apart from dvd-r drive]the 104 refuses to read any type of cd apart from dvd films.My old cdburner was mutch less complicated and user friendly.Im a total newbie to this please help explain.
